We offer several scholarship opportunities at MTTI:
Community Service Scholarship ($1,000) - Available to three students per cohort who demonstrate need and agree to provide 20 additional hours of community service via massage outreach events. With their application, students must submit an essay of at least 300 words on the topic of "Why community outreach is important to my development as a massage therapist" The deadline for submitting a scholarship application is 30 days before the first day of class .
Academic Merit Scholarship ($1,000) - Available to two students per cohort who demonstrate high levels of academic achievement (Wonderlic or prior GPA). Applicants must submit a 500 word essay entitled "Why I want to become a massage therapist." The deadline for submitting the scholarship application is 30 days before the first day of class.
T. Oglesby Founders Award ($1,500) - Available to one student per cohort based on need (Estimated Family Contribution amount), and an essay of 500 words on the topic of "Why I will make an excellent massage therapist." The deadline for submitting the scholarship application is 30 days before the first day of class.
